- 7+ years related to Banking software applications.
- Should have experience in Core banking functions will include transaction accounts, loans, mortgages, payments, Cash management, Accounting and Trade finance. And also channels like automated teller machines, Internet banking and mobile banking.
- Should have experience working on at least one implementation project from the requirement phase.
- Experience in Transformation Programs is an added advantage.
- Ability to maintain all project documents and should have a good understanding of process flows, user stories, and use cases.
- Must have good product demonstration skills.
- Must have good stakeholder communication skills.
- Must have participated in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Must know the software development lifecycle.
- Basic knowledge of product implementation and working through the defined configuration.
- 4+ years of core technical banking experience
- Experience in story writing
- Functional banking experience
