Job Description

Key responsibilities of Senior Financial Analyst :

Collaborate with the Manager to provide crucial support in financial reporting, credit management, treasury activities (including banking and mandates), and internal control functions within the country. Evaluate and redesign existing finance processes, creating process flowcharts, offering recommendations for enhancements, and implementing approved changes. Assist in the preparation and review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Monitor intercompany accounts to ensure the validity of transactions and reconcile and settle them as necessary under the guidance of the group Treasury. Aid the Manager in preparing and reviewing various tax-related schedules such as VAT, GST, TDS, and Withholding Tax, and ensure timely tax return submissions. Prepare comprehensive monthly management reporting packages and share them with stakeholders. Prioritize operations and deliver high-quality services to all business stakeholders while effectively managing and resolving any stakeholder issues. Proactively identify process improvement opportunities based on a deep understanding of the Financial Control Matrix. Ensure strict adherence to established processes and controls while executing various financial processes. Provide support during month-end and year-end closing processes. Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to enhance internal controls. Coach junior team members in the Finance Shared Services Center to enhance their technical skills.

Candidate specification for Senior Financial Analyst position:

*CA qualification is mandatory.

Candidates with internship experience from Big 4 firms will be given preference.
