We are a specialized financial service provider, registered with RBI as an NBFC since 1995, and listed on NSE & BSE in 2017.We offer financial services for to Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in form of working capital loans, loans against property, machinery and industrial shed loans. We also offers loans for purchase of two wheeler, commercials vehicles and personal loans to salaried individuals for their varied needs. The focus remains on the vast lower income and middle income groups of the society, spread across urban, semi urban and rural areas, and including formal and informal sector. We are very proud to be associated with this class of customers since more than 2 decades. Our business model, vision, vast experience and distribution network places us uniquely in the industry. We have our presence across Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Chattisgarh & Delhi with 150+ branches covering 7,000+ locations. We have created the expertise in the distribution of credit and a base of more than 15,00,000 customers.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

  • Contributing to and driving continuous process improvement initiatives to meet business needs.
  • Establishing project plans, resources, budgets and time-frames, and assigning tasks.
  • Gathering, analysing, defining and formalising business requirements and processes into project / system specifications.
  • Identifying, tracking and communicating progress, milestones, deliverables, risks and issues.
  • Managing vendor relationship and deliverables.
  • Preparing project feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis and proposals and obtain required approvals from IT management and project sponsors.

Ideal Profile

  • You possess a degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
  • You have at least 1 year experience, ideally within a Business Analyst (Data Science) role.
  • You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are adept at working with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
