- Play a key role in supporting the organization`s digital security and compliance initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and standards.
- Act as the first line of defense by implementing the information security strategy.
- Ensure alignment of security strategy with digital solutions.
- Enforce compliance while mitigating digital risks.
- Conduct risk assessments and security reviews.
- Assist in the development of processes to enhance security and compliance.
- Facilitate training programs to promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
- Enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify security risks.
- Implement security measures to protect information and technology infrastructure.
- Ensure adherence to compliance requirements to safeguard organizational assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor`s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4 to 7 years experience with Risk and Compliance Management.
- Experience with Technology Risk assessment
- Well versed with common industry standards for Risk and Compliance Management such as ISO 27001, NIST Risk Management Framework, NIST Cyber Security Framework
- Certification in CISSP, CISM, CRISC preferred.
