What will you be doing?
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Global Payroll Projects- Work closely with stakeholders and project teams to define project goals, objectives, and timelines- Develop project plans and schedules, and track progress against established metrics- Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within the timelines- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies- Communicate project status to all stakeholders, including senior leadership- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders- Time management and multitasking abilities- Ability to manage multiple projects- Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.- Drive weekly/Monthly project status governance with the internal stakeholders and the clients.
What do we need?
- Should have min 4 + years of experience in Global Payroll Implementation, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget- Should be comfortable working in differential shifts.- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and processes- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ HRM or its equivalent- Excellent working knowledge of MS Applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)- Solid analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills.- A multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise workload and accurately work in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment
