Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Mumbai office:

Vice President / Executive Vice President - Marsh Multinational Practice

We will count on you to:

Handles complex transactions; be a solution provider and stonewall the clients from competition.Retains and expands existing client relationshipsPlay active role in placement of policy and assisting clients in case of a claimTarget and win new large accounts; create value proposition, brings resources within Marsh ecosystem to crack the account, create and give client presentation.Develop strong relationship with insurersBuild strong relationship with key decision makers at CXO level.Responsible to manage set of large clients in multinational segment

What you need to have:•10+ years of experience in insurance industry. Techno marketing skills in major non-life commercial product classes like Fire, Engineering, Marine, and Liability.•Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.•Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.•Domain knowledge preferred.•MBA from a reputed B – School•Understanding of Trade Receivables Business, Financial statements and proficiency in Insurance fundamentals.
