Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Lead MERN Developer located in Ahmedabad. The Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing the development team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions, and managing end-to-end project lifecycles. Day-to-day tasks include coding, code reviews, mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring adherence to project deadlines and standards. The Team Lead MERN Developer will also be involved in architectural planning and technical decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in MERN stack (MongoDB, , , )
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  • Skills in project management and team leadership
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology is a plus
