Team Description: The Center of Excellence in Financial Analytics comprises a dynamic and diverse team of professionals with expertise in finance, computer science, data analytics, data engineering, and FP&A. Our team is dedicated to driving innovation, leveraging analytics techniques, and utilizing financial insights to optimize decision-making within the organization. Job Title: Associate Program Manager – Global FP&A Delivery

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Business School graduate to join our FP&A Innovation team as an Associate Program Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating project delivery schedules, facilitating cross-functional engagements, managing and tracking ad-hoc business requests, and fostering team collaboration. You will work closely with our analytics, finance, cross-functional business, and engineering teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-value, key strategic initiatives.This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives while honing your program management and leadership skills.

Job Description:

Cross-functional Business Collaboration: Demonstrated experience in collaborating across multiple business functions such as corporate FP&A, sales operations, and partner alliance teams to drive key initiatives.

Data Analysis and Visualization: Expertise in using data-driven insights to support decision-making, with proficiency in tools like Power BI or Tableau to create visualizations that communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders.

Sales Operations and GTM Strategy: Familiarity with go-to-market (GTM) strategies, sales processes, and operations, including supporting sales teams with data-driven insights that drive performance improvements.

Technology and Product Support: Understanding of product and technology teams (e.g., CTO/CSM) to collaborate on initiatives that enhance product offerings, improve customer success, and drive growth.

Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple projects, balancing cross-functional priorities, and delivering high-impact results on tight deadlines.

Storytelling and Business Insights: Ability to craft and present compelling narratives around data to provide actionable business insights, such as analyzing revenue performance or product adoption trends.

AI and Machine Learning for Business Insights: Hands-on experience or strong understanding of how AI and machine learning models can be applied to generate actionable business insights, such as predictive forecasting, customer behavior analysis, revenue optimization, and performance improvements across sales, finance, and operations teams.Requirements:

- Master’s/MBA from a premier institute in a relevant field (Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field like Engineering, Math, Computer Science) with 1+ years of finance, analytics, or cross-functional project management experience- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects, prioritize tasks, and consistently meet deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- Strong organizational and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to translate data into business insights.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders across different business functions and driving alignment.- Collaborative team player with a demonstrated ability to foster team engagement and contribute to cross-functional initiatives.- Proven ability to handle ad-hoc business requests, apply data-driven decision-making, and deliver high-quality results with agility.- Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and visualization tools, with working knowledge of- Power BI, Power Query, and Advanced Excel.Knowledge of agile methodologies and experience with project management tools (MS Suite, Atlassian, Smartsheet) is a plus.- Strong problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to process improvements and business strategy execution, particularly in finance and analytics domains.
