Job Summary:

Were looking for energetic and ambitious Real Estate Sales Executives to join our high-performance team. Whether you're just starting your career or have a few years of experience, this is your chance to grow with a company that values people, performance, and potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential buyers through calls, walk-ins, and digital inquiries
  • Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options
  • Schedule and conduct property visits and project site tours
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners
  • Manage negotiation and closing of deals with support from seniors
  • Keep records of leads, prospects, and follow-ups using CRM tools
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, inventory, and competitor activities
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles
  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
  • Comfortable with fieldwork and site visits
  • Basic knowledge of real estate trends (training will be provided)
  • Own vehicle preferred (for site visits)
