to join our team on a temporary, remote basis.

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced

PR Specialist

who can strategically craft and execute public relations campaigns to promote the ViralKraft brand and our CEO. Your role will focus on securing media placements in major U.S.-based magazines, newspapers, blogs, and news outlets, ensuring our brand gains the visibility it deserves. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in media outreach, securing press coverage, and building strong relationships with journalists and media outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute PR campaigns to boost ViralKraft’s brand presence and reputation in the U.S. market.• Pitch and secure high-profile media coverage for the CEO and company in top-tier outlets like Forbes, Business Insider, Entrepreneur, and others.• Build and nurture relationships with key journalists, reporters, and influencers in the business, tech, and marketing industries.• Write compelling press releases, media pitches, and other communication materials to support PR efforts.• Monitor media coverage, track media placements, and report on PR results.• Manage proactive and reactive media inquiries and respond to press requests in a timely manner.• Leverage thought leadership opportunities to promote the CEO and establish the company as an industry leader.• Develop strategies to enhance the company’s visibility in major U.S. and global publications.• Work closely with the marketing team to align PR efforts with our overall branding and marketing goals.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations, with a proven ability to secure media placements in major publications.• Strong experience in media outreach, pitching, and relationship building with journalists and influencers.• Expertise in writing press releases, media pitches, and thought leadership content.• Established network of media contacts within business, marketing, and technology industries.• Experience working remotely and managing multiple projects with varying deadlines.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to think strategically and creatively to craft impactful PR campaigns.• Experience in B2B or tech-related PR is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with U.S.-based publications or media outlets.• Experience in handling crisis communications or sensitive media issues.
