Overview of the role:

What we expect from you:

  • Successful in building inspired engineering teams that build and run high-performance modern web apps, microservices to build .net and cloud products.
  • Experience with modern engineering practices
  • Experience modernizing monolithic stack to modern microservices architecture is preferred.
  • Experience scaling and building out engineering teams in high growth environment.
  • Deep understanding of modern cloud development, monolithic and services-based architectures, CI / CD, monitoring, and testing
  • Experience in Microsoft technologies, Cloud Platforms, UI frameworks such as react, Angular etc.
  • Experience with software development productivity metrics (e.g., code churn, commit size, test coverage, etc.) to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Experience building a high-velocity, metrics-driven engineering organization that is closely aligned with business goals.
  • Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans.
  • Progressive experience in leading employees in multiple locations, and significant experience developing and implementing solutions.
  • Possesses problem-solving, collaboration, critical thinking, team building, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong relationship, collaborative, and organization skills.
  • Results oriented and solution thinking with time management and project management skills.
  • Displays leadership skills, leading by example, driving employee commitment through actions, and empowering employees to reach their full potential.
  • Mentor team members


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced degree preferred


Range of Experience:

15+ years demonstrated experience managing multiple functions.
