Job Description:
Oversea and manage the successful implementation of a new client onboarding, transitions within the RPO division.
Responsible for developing detailed plans for how the transition will be implemented, including timelines, resource requirements, and contingency plans etc.
Overseeing a various project teams, coordinators, and other staff responsible for implementing the transition, delegating tasks, providing guidance and support, and monitoring progress
Continually monitor the progress of the transition, identifying areas of concern and adjusting the plan as needed to ensure success.
Provide leadership to the project teams, build client confidence, setting clear goals and expectations, and providing guidance and support as needed.
Work closely with sales teams to define pre-sales approach, support RFPs and plans, join sales calls/meeting and monitor the process.
Project Scoping – Develop, oversee, and direct the work involved in a project. Create a clear outline, to ensure that the goals while staying within the given budget and deadline. Describe the purpose of the project, the different responsibilities assigned to each member of the team, the deliverable plan to provide stakeholders or clients, and a description of each phase of the project.
Transition Execution - Responsible for the execution of all aspects of the transition program from Due Diligence initiation through Transition closure. Managed program to achieve schedule, cost, and revenue targets. Direct program activities, conduct reviews, manage change control processes, and communicate status to Leadership and Clients.
Estimation - Lead the estimation activities considering goals, review the estimates, and communicate to all the stakeholders to plan for the required budget and resources to successfully execute the project.
Risk Planning - Create a Risk Management Plan identifying the risks and mitigation plan and baseline the same with all stakeholders to minimize any adverse impact to the project.
Quality Planning - Identify the quality goals & processes, comply with the internal quality mandate, plan for training.
