At most internships, you observe. At Sahay, you build. You’ll experience the entire consulting lifecycle: from data analysis to boardroom discussions. As an Analyst Intern, you’ll work directly with the Founder and IIM Alumnus employees, tackling the kinds of business challenges that shape companies. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in real boardroom discussions with multiple CXOs, giving you a chance to learn from experienced leaders and contribute your own ideas.

Your Role
As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll be the problem-solver behind the scenes:
Analyse business data , build dashboards, and uncover insights
Decode industries, map competitors, and spot opportunities
Support client engagements through crisp reports, trackers, and presentations
Work with consulting leads to design solutions and communicate them effectively
Contribute ideas directly to the Founders
Who We’re Looking For
Strong in Excel & Power BI (pivot tables, dashboards, automation)
Clear and confident communication skills, in data, decks, or discussions
Analytical, structured thinker with a “consultant’s eye” for detail
Bonus: SQL, Python, Google Sheets, and flair for presentations
Above all: curiosity, ownership, and drive to learn fast
