As an Analyst Intern, you’ll work directly with the Founder and IIM Alumnus employees, tackling the kinds of business challenges that shape companies. You'll also have the opportunity to participate in real boardroom discussions with multiple CXOs, giving you a chance to learn from experienced leaders and contribute your own ideas. You’ll thrive here if you’re hungry to: Learn end-to-end consulting at startup speed Build mastery in data-driven decision-making using Excel, Power BI & advanced tools Work across multiple industries Develop client-ready communication skills that set you apart in any career Your Role As a Business Analyst Intern, you’ll be the problem-solver behind the scenes: Analyse business data , build dashboards, and uncover insights Decode industries, map competitors, and spot opportunities Support client engagements through crisp reports, trackers, and presentations Work with consulting leads to design solutions and communicate them effectively Contribute ideas directly to the Founders Who We’re Looking For Strong in Excel & Power BI (pivot tables, dashboards, automation) Clear and confident communication skills, in data, decks, or discussions Analytical, structured thinker with a “consultant’s eye” for detail Bonus: SQL, Python, Google Sheets, and flair for presentations Above all: curiosity, ownership, and drive to learn fast What You’ll Gain 360° Consulting Exposure: Touch every business function, not just one.
