Our mission is to make AI accessible, practical, and transformative for every sector we serve.We are seeking Machine Learning Engineers to design and improve AI models that power smart classroom tools, teacher-support applications, and student learning assistants. The role requires working with different formats of educational content and building intelligent systems that enhance teaching efficiency and student engagement.What will you do:Full stack api implementation.Integrating LLM with existing systems. With prompt engineering.Build agentic RAG Flow.Database, SQL query with optimisation.Build data pipelines to process and organize structured and unstructured content.Work on speech, text, and image-based ML tasks as required.Collaborate with the engineering team to integrate ML models into applications.Optimize models for accuracy, performance, and scalability.Monitor deployed models and improve them based on usage data.Required Skills:LLM, and RAG library's knowledge.Develop and fine-tune ML/NLP models for real-world use cases.Gen AI model integrations.Understood. Full stack api implementation.Strong Python skills and experience with ML frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).Knowledge of NLP, LLMs, embeddings, or retrieval systems.Experience with speech or audio processing (preferred but not mandatory).Understanding of data preprocessing and pipeline development.Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment tools (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker).Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Qualifications:Experience working on ML models in production environments.Knowledge of MLOps practices, model monitoring, and scalable deployment.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.Why Join Us?Impact: This is a high-visibility role where your work directly contributes to the company's growth.Culture: Enjoy a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment.Benefits: Competitive salary, generous PTO.
