Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for experienced professionals who can engage with clients and guide them on their data journey. A critical requirement of this role will be your ability to understand our client’s industry and their business needs and design solutions that can help address those needs. You will be responsible for working with the leadership at Netscribes to help define the strategy for this line of business and implement that strategy.

Process and Technology Consulting for clients to transform and automate their current operations using key technology levers such as Analytics , Artificial Intelligence and ML & other custom solutions. Delivery head shall be responsible for day to day operations and execution of projects at hand while maintaining the quality and TAT SLAs. Interact with clients, perform data analysis, assess processes and systems, and make recommendations on client initiatives. Engaging with sales/pre-sales team and supporting the RFx's by identifying the automation opportunities and designing the solutions, commercial proposals, demos and bid defence. Understanding of P&L/MIS reports Work on Process improvement / Business Process Re-engineering initiatives across the lifecycle stages Ability to identify issues, understand end user pain areas Ability to strategize and curate solution based on identified issues. Diagnose gaps, issues in existing set-up and leverage Digital technologies to get the proposed solution implemented Assist in Business Development, proposals and proposition creation Comfortable working and interacting closely with the C - Suite executives and can work independently in a collaborative environment Program and Project Management skill is a plus Support the account management team in working on proactive proposals and demonstration of our solution stack to end customers Superior organization skills with the ability and desire to balance multiple projects of varying complexity at the same time.

Skill Set:

Proven ability to lead and inspire analytics teams to deliver impactful insights and drive business growth. Expertise in guiding organizations towards data-driven decision-making and fostering a culture of innovation. Deep understanding of the entire analytics lifecycle, from data acquisition and cleaning to modelling, visualization, and reporting. Proficiency in applying advanced analytics techniques, such as machine learning, deep learning, and predictive modelling, to solve complex business challenges. Strong knowledge of data engineering, data warehousing, and cloud computing technologies to enable scalable and efficient analytics solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, from executives to operations teams. Ability to build and mentor high-performing analytics teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and business operations to drive analytics initiatives that align with strategic objectives. Experience leading organizational change initiatives related to data analytics, including process improvements and technology adoption. Knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance. Ability to contribute to thought leadership in the analytics field through publications, presentations, or industry engagement . Experience and Education:

15+ years of experience B. Tech + MBA or equivalent
