Details About the opportunity

People in the Marketing team are central to our business success. They are tasked with everything from building our brand awareness, promoting our products or services, and providing customer service and engagement in public forums.

Marketing professionals will collaborate to execute campaigns throughout the year to hit the company's revenue goals. You will be pivotal in creating engaging content, managing our social media platforms, executing promotional campaigns, and driving business growth through innovative strategies. If you are creative, data-driven, eager to learn, willing to roll your sleeves and get your hands involved in many projects, and have a knack for influencing audience growth, we want you on our team.

What you will do:

Defining and Managing Our Brand:

Develop and articulate our brand values.Shape the customer and partner experience to reflect these values during every interaction.

Campaign Management for Marketing Initiatives:

Proactively identify key products and services to highlight throughout our sales cycle.Create compelling materials and communications to effectively promote these offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Management:

Define and manage our brand values to shape customer and partner experiences.

Campaign Management:

Identify key products and services for each sales cycle.Produce materials and communications for marketing initiatives.

Social Media Management:

Oversee and manage all social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tok-tok, , etc.).Develop and implement strategies to align with marketing goals and ensure consistent engagement and audience growth.

Promotional Campaigns:

Design and execute multi-channel promotional campaigns (SMS, email, social media).Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize effectiveness.

Growth Hacking:

Identify and implement innovative growth strategies to scale our user base and enter new markets.

A/B Testing:

Conduct A/B tests across various marketing channels to optimize campaign results and improve conversion rates.

Influencer Management:

Build and maintain relationships with key online influencers.Collaborate on campaigns to expand reach and influence.

Website Management:

Oversee website management and maintenance to ensure it is up-to-date, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions.

SEO:

Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and enhance user engagement.

Digital Asset Management:

Manage new product and user-generated content digital assets.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree:

BE/B.Sc./B. Com/BBA/MBA.Certification:

Digital Marketing certification from a reputed institute.Experience:

2 - 3

years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in retail.Preferred:

Experience in marketing Virtual Reality products and extensive background in consumer electronics and the retail environment.

Skills and Requirements:Strong interest in technology and the ability to quickly learn new products and features.Self-starter with a strong commitment to driving results.Enthusiastic, highly motivated, and outgoing personality comfortable in a competitive environment.Proficient sales negotiation skills.Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.Organized and detail oriented.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Access to a smartphone (iPhone or Android).Language:

Fluent in English (other languages are a plus).
