YOU SHOULDBe capable of managing lighting design projects from concept to executionBe happy to take responsibility and work independently and systematically with a willingness to learnHave effective communication skills, with the ability to inspire and convince others of your ideasHave a solution-driven attitude with a good grasp of concepts and a strong spatial understandingBe able to express lighting concepts and ideas by means of various presentation techniquesHave a high degree of motivation, commitment, flexibility and the ability to work in a team and lead younger/less-experienced team membersPosses eloquent spoken and written EnglishKnowledge in the fields of daylighting and BIM is a bonus

FORMAL REQUIREMENTSCompleted bachelor’s education in any design field such as Interiors, Architecture, Scenography etc. in combination with a master’s degree in the field of lighting designMinimum of three years of professional experience in the field of lighting design and/or architecture. Experience in working in an architecture/design/lighting design studio.Confident handling of Adobe CC (especially InDesign & Photoshop), lighting calculation software (Relux, Dialux), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 2D AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge in Rhino 3ds Max and Revit is a bonus.
