Licht Kunst Licht is one of the world-leading lighting design studios with offices in Bonn, Berlin, Bangalore and the LKL Design Hub in Barcelona.

YOU SHOULD

  • Be capable of managing lighting design projects from concept to execution
  • Be happy to take responsibility and work independently and systematically with a willingness to learn
  • Have effective communication skills, with the ability to inspire and convince others of your ideas
  • Have a solution-driven attitude with a good grasp of concepts and a strong spatial understanding
  • Be able to express lighting concepts and ideas by means of various presentation techniques
  • Have a high degree of motivation, commitment, flexibility and the ability to work in a team and lead younger/less-experienced team members
  • Posses eloquent spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in the fields of daylighting and BIM is a bonus


FORMAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed bachelor’s education in any design field such as Interiors, Architecture, Scenography etc. in combination with a master’s degree in the field of lighting design
  • Minimum of three years of professional experience in the field of lighting design and/or architecture. Experience in working in an architecture/design/lighting design studio.
  • Confident handling of Adobe CC (especially InDesign & Photoshop), lighting calculation software (Relux, Dialux), MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 2D AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge in Rhino 3ds Max and Revit is a bonus.
