KeyResponsibilities:
  • CustomDevelopment Expertise:
    • Developdesign and implement robust solutions using Salesforce technologiesincluding Apex Lightning Aura Components and Lightning WebComponents (LWC).
    • Collaboratewith the development team to build and maintain custom featuresenhancements and integrations within Sales and Service Cloud.
  • Integrationwith Backend Services:
    • Architectdesign and execute integrations between Salesforce and backendservices written in Ruby on Rails (ROR) and Kotlin languages bycoordinating with Porter s backend developers.
    • Developand maintain APIs and integrations to ensure seamless data flow andsystem connectivity.
  • StakeholderCoordination and Guidance:
    • Actas a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders from variousbusiness verticals.
    • Providetechnical guidance and consultation to business teams productmanagers and stakeholders on Salesforce implementation bestpractices and solutions.
  • SprintPlanning Task Prioritization and Bandwidth Management:
    • Participatein sprint planning meetings to understand requirements fromdifferent business verticals.
    • Collaboratewith project managers and business stakeholders to prioritize tasksbased on business needs and criticality across multiple verticals.
    • Allocatedeveloper bandwidth effectively balancing priorities and ensuringcommitments are met.
  • QualityAssurance and Code Reviews:
    • Enforcerobust test coverage strategies for Salesforce custom developmentprojects ensuring adherence to best practices for unit andintegration testing.
    • Conductcode reviews for team members via GitHubs pull request featureproviding feedback mentoring and ensuring adherence to codingstandards best practices and security measures.
  • TechnicalLeadership:
    • Leadand mentor a team of Salesforce developers guiding them in bestpractices code reviews and troubleshooting complex issues.
    • Takeownership of technical solutions ensuring they align with thebusiness requirements and architectural guidelines.
  • SalesforceImplementation:
    • Driveand oversee Salesforce implementations ensuring highqualitydeliverables aligned with business objectives.
    • Collaborateclosely with crossfunctional teams to understand requirements andtranslate them into scalable Salesforce solutions while focusing onminimal errors & low APIlatency

Requirements
  • 5years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise inApex Lightning Aura Components and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Provenexperience in integrating Salesforce with backend services usingROR and Kotlin languages.
  • Deepunderstanding of Sales and Service Cloud functionalities with afocus on custom development and configurations.
  • Strongleadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate andprovide guidance to business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Experiencementoring and leading development teams conducting code reviews andensuring code quality.
  • Salesforcecertifications (e.g. Platform Developer Salesforce Administrator)arepreferred.

5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with expertise inApex, Lightning Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components(LWC). Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with backendservices using ROR and Kotlin languages. Deep understanding ofSales and Service Cloud functionalities, with a focus on customdevelopment and configurations. Strong leadership and communicationskills to effectively coordinate and provide guidance to businessstakeholders and technical teams. Experience mentoring and leadingdevelopment teams, conducting code reviews, and ensuring codequality. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer,Salesforce Administrator) are preferred.
