What You’ll Do:Lead recruitment & onboarding : Own the talent acquisition process and make sure new hires hit the ground running in no timeEmployee engagement : Organize fun team-building activities, wellness programs, and festivals.Learning & Development : Support our learning culture by helping employees grow and thrive.Employer branding : Partner with marketing to showcase our awesome work culture online and at job fairs.Diversity & Inclusion : Promote our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workplace.Performance support : Assist in performance reviews, HR analytics, and ensure smooth HR compliance.

Desired Candidate Profile:Education : Full-time MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.Experience : Minimum of 5 years in core HR functions, particularly talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations.Industry Experience : Previous experience in the electrical, manufacturing, or FMEG sector is a strong advantage.Skills :Proficient in recruitment strategies and HR best practices.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in employer branding and creating engaging employee experiences.Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with HR software systems and digital recruitment platforms.Problem-Solver : Analytical mindset with the ability to solve HR-related challenges efficiently.Cultural Fit : Collaborative, inclusive, and able to work in a diverse team setting.Diversity & Inclusion : Committed to promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives within the workplace.Compliance Knowledge : Familiar with labor laws and HR compliance regulations to ensure smooth HR operations.
