We at Design Pataki, are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving business goals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and Develop Business Opportunities:
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Seek out the appropriate contacts in organizations and generate leads.
  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Initiate and manage client outreach, presentations, and negotiations to secure new business.
  • Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business avenues.
  • Analyze market data and develop strategies to position the company competitively in the industry.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth:
  • Meet or exceed revenue and sales targets through effective business development strategies.
  • Track and report on business development performance metrics and ensure accurate forecasting.


  • Collaborate with Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operational teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and preferences to help improve products and services.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and networking skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in (industry-specific knowledge if applicable).
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales and business development targets.
