Senior Payroll Administrator

KeyResponsibilities: PayrollCredit Control Balance sheet and bank reconciliations/bookkeepingBe responsible for weekly payroll for allcontractual workers including porcessing weekly timesheets.Understand basic HMRC PAYE NIC PensionsUmbrellas and taxation codes Work withsenior teams to grow the business formulating strategies and plans.Ensure that the regulatory requirements ofall statutory bodies are met. Establish ahigh level of credibility and manage strong working relationshipswith customers and advisors. Sales ledgerfunctions ability to chase debts Creditcontrol functions and bills Factoringagainst invoices Liaise with consultantswith payroll queries External payroll forcandidates experience with Xero payrollTimely processing of invoices for VAT returnMonthly and querterly filingsCalculate sales commissions after deductionsProvide and maintain Database Module/Changes/ Updates for the financial department.
Requirements: Minimum 4 years recent experience working inPayroll/Credit control/Bookkeeping.Experience working in or closely withUKbased companies with excellent English language skills.Experience using accounting software Xero.Strong communication skills and ability tomeet deadlines. Familiarity with recruitmentindustry is a bonus. Commitment to longtermprofessional engagement and growth. Graduatein Commerce / Finance degrees or a recognised bookkeepingqualification preferred Analytical with goodattention to detail Meet the requirement fora commercially astute articulate technically strong dynamicinsightful and influential leader with theability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.Exceptional communication skills at alllevels. Ability to show initiative and goodjudgement functioning well under pressure.Energetic highly motivated with an enquiringmind and passion for excellence and innovation in pursuit ofbusiness growth and success.Effective ICT skills with the ability to usethe entire Microsoft Office.
