Job Title: Analyst Relations Manager Location: Chennai; Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary: The candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive Analyst Relations (AR) strategy to ensure that key industry analysts understand our business, products, and market position. The candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the external perception of our company and influencing analyst reports that impact our reputation, market positioning, and sales.Key Responsibilities:  Develop and execute a strategic Analyst Relations plan to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the analyst community.  Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the company’s strategy, product roadmap, and competitive differentiation  Coordinate and lead analyst briefings, ensuring the delivery of compelling and accurate messaging aligned with the company’s objectives  Gather and disseminate analyst feedback, insights, and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders, driving strategic decision-making and influencing product development  Manage and track all interactions with analysts, including inquiries, briefings, and events. Ensure timely and effective follow-up on all analyst engagements.  Monitor and influence the development of analyst reports, ensuring the company’s strengths are accurately represented.  Work closely with product management, marketing, sales, and executive teams to align AR activities with broader business goalsQualification:  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.  5+ years of experience in Analyst Relations, Public Relations, or related fields, preferably within the technology industry  Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
