Job Summary: The Manager of Investor Relations is responsible for managing and facilitating the communication and relationship between the company and its investors. This role involves developing strategies to improve investor relations.Key Responsibilities:Communication and Reporting:- Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, analysts, and other members of the investment community. - Coordinate and manage the investor conferences, and other investor-related events.Strategy and Analysis:- Analyze and interpret financial data, market trends, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights to senior management. - Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze information required for investor presentations and communications. - Develop and implement investor relations strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness to investors.Relationship Management:- Serve as the primary point of contact for investors and analysts, addressing inquiries and providing detailed information about the company’s financial performance and strategy. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the investment community.Content Development:- Create compelling content for investor presentations, and other communication materials. - Maintain and update the investor relations section of the company’s website.Qualifications:- MBA or any post graduate degree - 3+ years of experience in investor relations, financial communications, or a related field. - Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and capital markets. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and analysts. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial analysis tools.Working Conditions:- Full-time position based in Jaipur - Some travel may be required for investor meetings and conferences.
