This is an Individual Contributor role for the Sales team reporting to the Sales Head.
This role requires a deep understanding of the sports market, excellent networking skills, and a strong ability to negotiate and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Leads management
Qualifying leads based on established criteria to ensure they meet the potential customer profile
Scheduling meetings and demos for the Sales team
Reaching out / Responding to potential leads via messages / social media / email with appropriate sales pitches in the required turnaround time
Sales and Revenue Generation
Handling D2C Sales cycle including lead qualification, customer calling, product demos, negotiation and closure
Develop and present compelling proposals and pitches to potential clients and partners.
Create and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue
CRM
Managing the sales pipeline, data, tasks & processes in a central CRM tool
Ensuring data hygiene for all the leads in the central CRM tool
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any field)
1-4 years of experience in B2C / D2C Sales
Experience in CRM software and other relevant business tools.
Excellent communication, presentation and and persuasion skills
Experience in handling end-to-end Sales cycles until closure
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Proactive, self-motivated and enterprising
Open to hustling and enjoying the dynamic startup journey
Always ready to take up new challenges with an innovative and problem-solving attitude
Preferred Requirements
Knowledge of sales metrics and data analysis
Experience of working in a start-up environment
Experience of handling customers in the Indian market
