Brief Summary: The E-commerce Listing Executive will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing product listings on various e-commerce platforms. This role involves ensuring that all product details are accurately represented and that listings are optimized for search and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a good understanding of e-commerce platforms and SEO principles.


Key Responsibilities:


Product Listing:

  • Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
  • Ensure all product information is accurate, complete, and well-presented, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.

Content Optimization:

  • Write compelling and keyword-rich product titles, descriptions, and bullet points to maximize search visibility and conversion rates.
  • Optimize product images and videos to enhance visual appeal and performance.

Inventory Management:

  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely restocking of products.
  • Update listings with accurate stock levels and availability information.

Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct regular competitive analysis to understand market trends, pricing strategies, and customer preferences.
  • Adjust product listings and pricing strategies based on competitive insights.

SEO and Analytics:

  • Implement SEO best practices to improve product rankings and visibility on e-commerce platforms.
  • Analyze listing performance using analytics tools and provide recommendations for improvements.

Customer Support:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and reviews related to product listings in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address any issues or concerns raised by customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, inventory, and customer service teams to ensure cohesive and efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure high-quality images and videos are used in product listings.

Compliance:

  • Ensure all listings comply with platform policies and guidelines.
  • Stay updated with changes in platform policies and implement necessary adjustments to listings.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce product listing and management.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-commerce management tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Customer service experience is a plus.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for creating enhanced content.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software.
  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
