Be updated with market developments and new innovations in the field of packaging, to stay ahead of the curve. Understand best practices within the organization & outside the organization, support implementation as required. Proactive engagement with clients and support in effective stakeholder relationship management. Possess adequate knowledge on Regulatory and Quality standards of different geographies and ensure project recommendations comply the same. Provide leadership and mentorship to the project team, responsible for team training and development.
