Role description

Job Title: Senior Python AI/ML Engineer

Experience Range: 8–12 years

Hiring Location: Bangalore, Cochin, Trivandrum, Noida, Pune, Chennai

Must Have Skills

  • Strong expertise in Python, Keras, and Pandas
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT-3, Transformers, GANs)
  • Proven track record in AI/ML model development and deployment
  • Designing and managing high-performance data pipelines (Kafka, Big Data technologies, ELK, Aurora DB)
  • Strong background in Time Series modelling and predictive analytics
  • Cloud deployment experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP) ensuring scalability and high availability
  • Ability to architect reusable ML components and pipelines
  • Strong leadership skills with proven experience in mentoring junior developers
  • Knowledge of compliance and performance standards for ML models

Good to Have Skills

  • Familiarity with synthetic data generation strategies
  • Experience with MLOps tools and ML pipeline automation
  • Exposure to Vector Databases and LLMOps
  • Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects
  • Strong collaboration skills with product and business teams to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
