Learning and Development Manager

Role Overview:
As the Learning and Development (L&D) Manager at Anblicks, you will play a key role in designing and executing comprehensive learning programs that support the development of our employees at all levels. You will partner with leadership and subject matter experts to build industry-leading training content and implement a range of learning opportunities, from technical training to leadership development. Your focus will be on creating a culture of continuous improvement, enhancing skills, and supporting both personal and professional growth across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training Program Development
Design and deliver cutting-edge technical training modules in areas such as Data Analytics , AI , Cloud Technologies , and other emerging domains.
Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop relevant content tailored to varying levels of employee expertise.
Oversee the creation and execution of effective onboarding programs for new hires, including interns and permanent employees.
2. Employee Upskilling and Certification
Identify and promote upskilling opportunities, including external certifications (e.g., Snowflake, ATCP).
Partner with leadership to create quarterly training plans aimed at enhancing domain-specific knowledge and leadership skills for senior employees.
Track participation rates and success in external certification programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
3. Intern Development
Implement and manage a structured 6-month training roadmap for interns, combining classroom instruction and hands-on learning.
Conduct regular assessments to monitor intern progress and ensure readiness for full-time roles.
4. Performance and Career Growth
Perform skill gap analyses and create personalized development plans to address employee needs.
Drive mentorship and coaching initiatives to support employees in their career growth and development.
Design leadership training programs to nurture and build a robust talent pipeline for future leadership roles.
5. Learning Management and Metrics
Manage and optimize the company’s Learning Management System (LMS) to facilitate the timely delivery of training materials and resources.
Measure and analyze the effectiveness of training programs through key performance indicators (KPIs), including skill improvements and employee feedback.
Prepare and present detailed reports on training outcomes to senior leadership.
6. Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with technical teams and business leaders to ensure alignment between L&D strategies and organizational goals.
Build relationships with external training vendors and experts to bring innovative learning methodologies to the organization.
Ensure clear communication across teams regarding available training resources and opportunities.
7. Budget and Compliance Management
Develop and manage the L&D budget to maximize resource allocation for training programs.
Ensure all training programs adhere to internal policies and industry standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, ideally within a technology-driven organization.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with Data Analytics , AI , and Cloud Technologies is preferred.
Proven track record in creating and implementing effective L&D strategies .
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data analysis tools.
Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Planner, etc.) for project management and reporting.
