Job Overview


We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Specialist. As a Client Support Specialist at Twixor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Singapore.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the software or technology industry
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Should have knowledge of Chatbot and MySQL, API.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools
  • Knowledge of messaging channels and customer engagement platforms is a plus


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally
  • Proactively engage with clients to ensure their satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Technical Support, to resolve client issues and escalations
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clients, ensuring they understand the features and functionalities of our platform
  • Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of requests, issues, and resolutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product updates, and best practices to effectively support clients
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our support processes and systems
  • Identify and communicate potential product enhancements or improvements based on client feedback


Nice to Have: IT product Client Handling experience working in B2B SaaS.

Nice to Have: API, MySQL, Chatbot skllls


Location: Bangalore or Chennai, India

Notice Period: 10 days or Immediate
