Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and deliver end-to-end SAP implementations and rollouts, with a strong focus on the SAP SD module. The ideal candidate should have over 10 years of SAP experience, including managing cross-functional teams and working across modules such as SAP SD, MM, FICO, and FI. This role demands excellent project management skills, a deep understanding of SAP processes, and the ability to handle complex business scenarios.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead SAP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the SAP delivery team.
  • Manage project planning, execution, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Work closely with teams across SAP SD, MM, FICO, and FI modules to ensure cohesive integration and delivery.
  • Drive business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing, and deployment.
  • Monitor project progress using tools like MS Project or Jira, and provide regular status updates to senior management.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and company policies.
  • Manage post-go-live support and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Mentor and guide SAP consultants and team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of SAP experience, with a strong foundation in SAP SD module.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end SAP projects, including full lifecycle implementations.
  • Solid exposure to SAP MM, FICO, and FI modules.
  • Strong understanding of business processes in sales, distribution, finance, and procurement.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP / Prince2 / SAP Activate Certification (Preferred).
  • Bachelor's or Masters degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in S/4HANA migration or implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
