We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant the consultant will be

responsible for the implementation, customization, and maintenance of SAP SD modules within

our SAP ECC environment, specifically tailored for the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. SAP SD Configuration: Configure and maintain the SAP SD module, ensuring

its alignment with business processes in the oil and gas industry.

  1. IS-Oil Functionality (Good to have): Implement and customize IS-Oil specific

functionalities such as Hydrocarbon Product Management, Exchange Agreement,

and TSW (Trader's and Scheduler's Workbench).

  1. Integration: Collaborate with other SAP modules like MM, FI/CO, and PP to

ensure seamless integration.

  1. Custom Development: Work with the development team to design and

implement custom solutions as required.

  1. Data Migration and Testing: Assist in data migration from legacy systems and

conduct thorough testing of the SAP SD functionalities.

  1. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing support

and troubleshooting.

  1. Project Management: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and

documentation.

  1. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and

implement best practices.

Key Responsibilities: For E invoice project specific:

  • Implement and configure SAP SD module with a focus on e-invoicing solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with global e-invoicing regulations (e.g., India, Europe, etc.).
  • Integrate SAP with government tax portals for real-time invoice validation and

compliance reporting.

  • Work with SAP eDocument Framework and SAP Document Compliance (e.g., GST,

VAT, CFDI, etc.).

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to e-invoicing and electronic document

processing.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (FI, MM, and ABAP) to ensure seamless

invoicing workflows.

  • Perform system testing, UAT, and go-live support for SAP SD e-invoicing solutions.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and adapt SAP e-invoicing solutions accordingly.
