Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Spa Receptionist located in Bengaluru. The Spa Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting and assisting clients, managing appointments, and providing excellent customer service. Additional duties include clerical tasks such as maintaining records and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to manage appointments and schedule efficiently
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in a spa or hospitality environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of basic computer applications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
