BrandMongo is a performance-driven marketing agency at the intersection of tech + creativity. We help brands grow with app-based campaigns, performance marketing, and full-stack solutions.

We're now looking for a Senior Business Development Executive who can unlock new business opportunities and scale our growth engine.

What You'll Do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across app-based campaigns, media buying, and performance marketing.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brands, and networks.

Pitch BrandMongo's solutions and close deals that drive revenue growth.

Stay updated on market trends & competitor strategies in mobile advertising.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client expectations are met.

Represent BrandMongo at industry events, meetings, and pitches.

What We're Looking For

1–4 years of experience in business development/sales in a marketing agency.

Prior exposure to app-based marketing agency (e.g., Mobavenue, iCubesWire, or similar).

Strong networking and negotiation skills.

Proven track record of closing deals and achieving revenue targets.

Excellent communication & presentation skills.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
