About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external data sources. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements, develop scalable solutions, and provide technical leadership to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) with responsive UI/UX.
• Create and manage Power Automate flows for process automation and data integration.
• Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports with DAX, SQL, and data modeling best practices.
• Implement Dataverse solutions, including data modeling, business rules, and security roles.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure, and third-party APIs.
• Optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the scalability of Power Platform applications.
• Maintain documentation, best practices, and governance policies for Power Platform solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior developers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, architects, and project managers.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows), and Power BI.
• Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse, SQL, Azure Functions, PowerShell, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and Power Fx for customizing Power Platform applications.
• Experience in Power BI dashboard development, DAX calculations, and data modeling.
• Understanding of security, governance, and compliance best practices within Power Platform.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and DevOps (CI/CD pipelines for Power Platform).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certifications (e.g., PL-100, PL-200, PL-400, PL-600) are a plus.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, AI Builder, and Virtual Agents.
• Familiarity with Power Automate Desktop for RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of Copilot and AI-driven automation within Power Platform.
