Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer to join our team at a leading global MNC. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in building business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, and AI Builder, with hands-on integration expertise with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or SharePoint.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge low-code automation and AI-driven solutions in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven apps) and Power Automate.
  • Build and integrate AI Builder models for tasks such as form processing, sentiment analysis, and predictions.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 CRM and SharePoint.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Develop and maintain automated workflows, approval processes, and custom business logic using Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data, infrastructure, and business units.
  • Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and governance.
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing Power Platform solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4–9 years of relevant experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Strong proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Hands-on experience using AI Builder for form recognition, classification, prediction, etc.
  • Integration experience with Dynamics 365 CRM and/or SharePoint Online.
  • Understanding of Power Platform governance, security roles, and DLP policies.
  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot performance and functional issues.
  • Experience working in agile environments with sprint-based delivery.
