Gurgaon & Lajpathnagar branch Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an IVF Sales Counselor at Neelkanth Hospital in Gurugram. The IVF Sales Counselor will be responsible for providing personalized guidance and support to patients seeking IVF treatments and surrogacy. The role involves effectively communicating treatment options, addressing patient inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Communication skills. Customer Service and Sales skills Organization Skills Counselling of all IVF Procedure, ET, Pickup .Hystroscope, Laproscopy Prior experience in a sales or counseling role Knowledge of IVF treatments and surrogacy procedures Strong interpersonal skills and ability to empathize with patients Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Bachelor's degree in a related field
