Email Marketing Specialist

Role Overview:
Email Marketing Specialist Responsible for creating email marketing campaigns to promote a product or service. Determines target audience, devises campaign, and launches email campaign to generate leads for the business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and build an overall email marketing strategy
- Create and design various CTAs and email templates, email lists, and campaigns
- Determine email marketing KPIs
- Create smart email lists and Increase email subscriptions
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.
- Should manage B2B (business-to-business) integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers.
- Should manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Should be Working within a budget and reporting any overspending.
- Should be able to deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs.
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns.
- Write, edit, and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels.
Work experience/Skill Sets/Competencies :
- Hands-on experience in marketing automation platforms
- Proven experience building email marketing campaigns.
- Knowledgeable in Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B Testing, and other CMS.
- Detailed knowledge of email regulations, best practices, and compliance internationally in various regulatory regimes (e.g., GDPR or CASL).
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics
- Familiarity with analytical and database tools (Hubspot, SendGrid, MailChimp, SendinBlue, etc.)
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong writing skills that attract customers and/or clients
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- 1-3 years of experience producing and publishing email
- An ability to multitask and move fast while paying close attention to detail
- Strong communication skills within a fast-moving company environment
