Specifically, the Cloud Operations Engineer
will:
Job Requirements:
Manage CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) onboarding/offboarding and full customer account lifecycle, ensuring seamless subscription and license management.
Provide operational support and administration across the Azure environment using Cloud Management Platforms (CMPs).
Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot issues in Azure environments, including Subscriptions, RBAC, Policies, and Cost Management.
Handle incident and service request management via ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution.
Support day-to-day operations, including resource provisioning, subscription governance, access control, and billing validations.
Participate in on-call rotation to handle escalated issues in a 24×7 support model.
Collaborate with peers, engineering, and vendor teams for operational continuity.
Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reduce incidents, and enhance customer experience.
Qualification:
B. E /B. Tech/ M. Sc. in Computer Science and IT
Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things.
Microsoft Azure certified (AZ900/MS900/AZ104).
Knowledge of ITIL.
Good Presentation and documentation skills.
Ready to work in a 24x7 environment (Mainly US & Night Shift)
Self-starter, self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed within a fast-paced work environment.
