We're in it together to make life better for each other, our customers, our partners, and our communities.Specifically, the Cloud Operations Engineer will:Job Requirements:- Manage CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) onboarding/offboarding and full customer account lifecycle, ensuring seamless subscription and license management. - Provide operational support and administration across the Azure environment using Cloud Management Platforms (CMPs). - Monitor, manage, and troubleshoot issues in Azure environments, including Subscriptions, RBAC, Policies, and Cost Management. - Handle incident and service request management via ITSM tools, ensuring timely resolution. - Support day-to-day operations, including resource provisioning, subscription governance, access control, and billing validations. - Participate in on-call rotation to handle escalated issues in a 24×7 support model. - Collaborate with peers, engineering, and vendor teams for operational continuity. - Maintain and update operational documentation, SOPs, and runbooks. - Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance, reduce incidents, and enhance customer experience.Qualification:- B. E /B. Tech/ M. Sc. in Computer Science and IT - Excellent Communication Skills and willingness to learn new things. - Microsoft Azure certified (AZ900/MS900/AZ104). - Knowledge of ITIL. - Good Presentation and documentation skills. - Ready to work in a 24x7 environment (Mainly US & Night Shift) - Self-starter, self-confident, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and have an ambition to succeed within a fast-paced work environment.ALIANDO is an equal-opportunity employer committed to Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.
