Responsibilities:


1. Data Analysis and Modeling:

- Utilize statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets.

- Develop predictive models to address business challenges and enhance decision-making processes.


2. Feature Engineering:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify relevant features and variables for analysis.

- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from diverse sources to prepare it for analysis.


3. Algorithm Development:

- Design and implement machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems.

- Stay updated on the latest advancements in data science and integrate innovative approaches into projects.


4. Model Evaluation:

- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on models to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the alignment of models with business objectives.


5. Data Visualization:

- Communicate findings effectively through visualizations and reports.

- Present insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.


6. Collaboration:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, business analysts, and domain experts.

- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the data science team.


Requirements:


1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.


2. 4-8 years of experience in a data science role, with a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions.


3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.


4. Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data manipulation.


5. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).


6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


7. Proven ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.


8. Familiarity with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
