Job description
We are seeking a skilled PMO Associate to join with one of our client, a German IT Service Provider for Kochi. As a PMO Associate, you will be responsible for delivering administrative, operational, and coordination support for IT projects. You will closely collaborate with our onsite Project Management Office (PMO) team, ensuring efficient execution of project-related tasks in alignment with organizational standards.
Responsibilities:
- Access Management: Grant and maintain user access to adesso and customer systems, ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Billing & Invoicing: Assist in preparing, tracking, and reconciling project billing and invoices. Track project utilization.
- Partner Management: Manage onboarding and resource scheduling for freelancers and 3rd parties.
- Administrative Support: Schedule meetings, manage project calendars, and document and prepare meeting notes.
- Presentation Support: Support and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.
- Process Compliance: Support adherence to project management processes and templates. Create How Tos and update documents and templates when processes change.
- Tool & Technology Support: Manage project management tools and troubleshoot basic issues.
- User Support: Assist users (project management) in resolving their issues and provide guidance as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a project manager, PMO or similar project coordination role.
- Proficiency with MS Excel, Jira, Confluence.
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Understanding of IT services and project workflows
- Preferred: Experience with our relevant business domains (Automotive industry, Life Science, Manufacturing industries, Retail).
- Optional: Familiarity with IT process frameworks SCRUM, ITIL.
