We are inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Quality Assurance, Wealth Management
In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to conducting quality assurance for US wealth processes.
The candidate will have to be responsible for:
• Conduct quality assurance activities for US wealth processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Perform thorough reviews and audits of work performed by individuals across US wealth processes as per the process documentation, procedures, and workflows.
• Provide feedback and coaching of individuals as per the root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address any quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Complete testing for SOC 1 controls audit on a rolling 12-month basis to identify any control issues and collaborate with internal teams to address.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
• Develop and implement QA strategies, policies, and procedures for US wealth processes as needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Participate in client meetings and provide updates on QA activities and findings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance for US wealth processes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in commerce or equivalent field
• Relevant experience in quality assurance for US wealth processes.
• Strong understanding of US wealth processes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred qualifications we seek in you
• Experience in SOC 1 audit will be preferred 
Preferred skills: 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to work effectively in a client-facing role.
• Proficiency in using quality assurance tools and technologies.
