Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that enhance interpersonal, communication, leadership, and workplace etiquette skills of our learners/employees. The trainer will play a key role in building confidence, professionalism, and employability of participants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct interactive training sessions on communication, presentation, teamwork, problem-solving, time management, and workplace etiquette.
  • Design training content, modules, and activities tailored to different audiences (students, freshers, or professionals).
  • Use innovative teaching methods such as role plays, group discussions, case studies, and simulations.
  • Assess participants' performance through tests, feedback, and observation.
  • Provide one-on-one coaching where required.
  • Prepare training reports and maintain records of sessions conducted.
  • Continuously update training material to match industry standards and trends.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Post-graduation in HR, Psychology, Education, or related field is a plus).
  • Proven experience as a soft skills / corporate trainer.
  • Excellent command over spoken and written English.
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate learners.
  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
  • Certification in training & development (e.g., ISTD, Dale Carnegie, etc.) preferred.

Job Type: Freelance
Contract length: 15 days

Pay: ₹9, ₹20,000.00 per month
