Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Credentialing Specialist at Human Xpert India Private Limited. The Credentialing Specialist will be responsible for conducting credentialing processes, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, providing top-notch customer service, managing medical staff credentialing, and handling Medicare and other commercial payors enrollment and requirements. ERA /EFT setup and Insurance Portals set up will also be part of this role .This role is based in Chennai with the flexibility for some remote work. Qualifications Credentialing and Medical Staff Credentialing skillsEffective Communication and Customer Service skillsKnowledge of Medicare requirementsKnowledge of Availity Web Interface will be helpful ERA /EFT setup and Insurance Portals set up experince will be a plus Attention to detail and strong organizational skillsExperience in healthcare or financial services industryAbility to work independently and collaborate with a teamBachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field will be helpful Previous experince in medical credentialing will be a plus
