Summary: Cybersecurity Awareness Lead will lead the design, packaging, and delivery of cybersecurity training and awareness programs offered as a commercial service to external customers. This role will convert deep in-house expertise across DFIR, IDAM, OT Security, and Cyber Operations into scalable, monetizable learning modules. Responsibilities: Service Development: Create modular, customizable cybersecurity learning solutions for diverse audiences (plant operators, SOC teams, CISOs, etc.). Program Design & Delivery: Develop blended learning formats (instructor-led, e-learning, gamified simulations, certification workshops) and collaborate with SMEs and partners. Customer Engagement: Work with Sales/GTM teams to design client-specific training and lead pre-sales demos. Partnerships & Certifications: Collaborate with OEMs, certification bodies, and academia to align content with standards (NIST, IEC , ISO ). Metrics & Impact: Track learner outcomes, certification success, and overall business impact via dashboards and feedback. Experience: + years of experience in cybersecurity training, L&D design, or consulting, with a focus on enterprise or industrial clients. Proven experience designing and delivering external training services as part of a business offering. Strong understanding of OT/IT security concepts and audience-specific delivery (technical vs. operational vs. executive). Expertise in instructional design, curriculum development, and technical storytelling. Proficiency in using tools like Articulate, LMS platforms, simulation center, and e-learning design suites. Commercial mindset with the ability to define and manage L&D as a revenue stream. Ability to handle client engagements, sales support, and end-to-end service delivery. Key Responsibilities Service Offering Development Build modular, customizable cybersecurity learning offerings tailored for various customer personas—plant operators, SOC teams, CISOs, compliance teams, OEMs, and partners. Translate in-house knowledge into structured learning paths across OT Experience with companies like Schneider, Rockwell, Siemens. Exposure to end-user environments (manufacturing or critical infrastructure) with cybersecurity team involvement. Must have skills for this role: Professionals with strong experience (+ years) in Operational Technology (OT) Security across domains like: Security solution commissioning, SI management in OT, DPI solution deployments. + years in cybersecurity training, instructional design, or consulting. Proven experience delivering commercial external training programs. Deep understanding of OT/IT security concepts and audience-specific delivery. Skilled in Articulate, LMS tools, simulations, and e-learning design. Strong commercial mindset with ability to define L&D as a revenue stream.
