Job Title: OT Cybersecurity Engineer / Specialist
Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled OT Cybersecurity professional to secure and protect industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA environments, and operational technology networks. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of industrial protocols, threat detection, incident response, and security architecture within critical infrastructure or manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage OT cybersecurity controls across ICS/SCADA systems, PLCs, HMIs, RTUs, and industrial networks.
  • Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability assessments, and compliance audits for OT assets.
  • Design and deploy security solutions such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, network segmentation, and endpoint protection for OT environments.
  • Monitor OT networks for threats, anomalies, and suspicious activity using SIEM/SOC tools.
  • Coordinate with plant operations, maintenance, and IT teams to ensure secure system configurations.
  • Support incident response, root cause analysis, and forensic investigations for OT security events.
  • Develop and enforce OT cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with NIST, IEC 62443, ISO 27001, and related cybersecurity frameworks.
  • Provide guidance, training, and support for OT security awareness across operational teams.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–10 years of experience in OT/ICS cybersecurity, industrial networks, or control systems engineering.
  • Strong understanding of ICS protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC-UA, Profibus, Ethernet/IP, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with SCADA systems, PLCs, and DCS platforms.
  • Knowledge of industrial network architecture and segmentation (Purdue Model).
  • Experience with SIEM, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and OT asset management tools.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks: IEC 62443, NIST CSF, NERC CIP, ISO 27001.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and incident response capabilities.
