Functional Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy and Planning, Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company's business goals. Ensure that technology solutions support the growth and scalability of the business. Stay updated on the latest technology trends to drive innovation.
  • Project Management: IT projects from conception to execution, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget by using Agile Methodology.
  • Analyzing user needs: Manager to collaborate with business and Business analysts to understand software requirements and user needs.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, software providers, and third-party consultants.
  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery: Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to IT services and operations. Report on system performance, project progress, and resource utilization to senior leadership.

Qualifications

  • MTech / BE / BTech / MSc in CS.

Experience

  • 10 + Years experience in IT and Software Development.
  • Functional Competencies
  • Experience in Angular/React 15+.
  • Experience in Angular/React JS 1+.
  • Experience in NBFC domain is preferable.
  • Knowledge of Digital payment domain is desirable.
  • Experience in AWS cloud platform is Mandatory.
  • Experience in to Angular/Java migration will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in Java Spring boot.
  • Experience in managing ASP.Net and Web API will be an added advantage.
  • Working Knowledge in Data Base of Oracle / My SQL is mandatory.
