Location: Bangalore
JOB SUMMARY:
As a catalogue manager, your primary responsibility is to manage and maintain the overall catalogue across all the listed marketplaces. This involves organizing, updating, and overseeing the accuracy of product information and Collaborating with Cross-functional team and other stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing and organizing product data, including inputting and verifying information to maintain accurate and up-to-date product listings.
- Ensure that the catalog templates contain accurate information and are error free.
- Ensuring post submission catalogue queries are resolved on time.
- Ensuring inventory sync is done post catalogue get listed in marketplace.
- Coordinating with internal teams and other stake holders to receive material masters or any other required details to get listed.
- Regularly review with marketplace based on
- current performance and area of improvement.
- Identify opportunities and trends in the market and highlight them internally.
- Doing RCA and resolving tickets for styles which are delisted in marketplace
